4. Payment, Refund, and Cancellation Policy
4.1. Payment
All fees for courses, subscriptions, or materials must be paid in full prior to accessing the paid portion of our Services, unless otherwise agreed in writing. MCCQE plans are priced and charged in Canadian dollars (CA$). Each plan is a single payment and does not renew automatically.
4.2. Refund and Cancellation
If you cancel your course 14 or more days before the scheduled start date, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund (as stated on our website or in the course details) provided you have not accessed the website, MCQs, notes or course content during this period.
Please visit our Refund Policy page to learn more about our process and eligibility requirements.
4.3. and 4.4. Pass Guarantees for UK Courses
Clauses 4.3 and 4.4 set out pass guarantees for our UK MRCP Part 1 and MRCP Part 2 courses. They do not apply to the MCCQE course. Learners on those courses can ask us for the full text.
4.5. MCCQE Fail-and-Extend Guarantee
If you buy any MCCQE plan at least 30 days before the examination date shown on your MCC score report, sit the Medical Council of Canada Qualifying Examination (MCCQE) within the term of your access, but do not pass, we will extend your access to the MCCQE course on the same account, free of charge, to the end of the first MCCQE session window published by the Medical Council of Canada that ends after your access would otherwise have ended.
To claim, email us at support@revisionprosce.com with a copy of your MCC score report showing your name, examination date and result within 30 days of the result being issued. You may redact unrelated details.
This is an extension of access, not a cash or partial refund, and is offered in addition to (not instead of) the Refund and Cancellation Policy in clause 4.2. The extended access does not carry a further guarantee.
The guarantee applies once per learner and does not apply where a purchase has already been cancelled, refunded, or transferred.

We do not guarantee that our Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any particular results from using the Services will be achieved. Revision Pro is independent of the Medical Council of Canada, which does not endorse our Services.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by you for accessing our Services in the preceding six (6) months.
